STOCK
All products listed on the sales pages of this website were in stock when the web pages were last updated. However, due to the nature of some items, the available stock is very limited, and impossible to obtain again. It is therefore possible – although unlikely -that stocks of some items will be gone at the time your order is received. If so, we will email you to advise you of this. You will then have the option of a full refund, or accepting an alternative product.

DELIVERY
Your order will normally be despatched by first class post within two working days of our receiving it. You should allow ten working days for delivery. If you have not received your order after ten working days, please contact us, using the “contact us” link on the website, or by emailing sales@grailtrail.com.

PAYMENT SECURITY
Obviously, your security whilst purchasing from this website is of paramount concern to us. All online payments from our site are made through Paypal to guarantee security.

GENERAL
All items must be paid for in advance, through the Paypal service linked to the order pages of this site.

All goods are as described on the ordering pages. The price shown is the full price including all UK taxes. For overseas sales, the purchaser is solely responsible for any additional local taxes, import duties etc. Post and Packing charges are added to the total order at the time of checkout, and are based on the order value. Very occasionally, specific items may attract different post and packing charges. These will be clearly stated in the item description.

RETURNS
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, UK purchasers have seven days from the date of receiving the order within which they have the right to cancel the order. In the event of wishing to cancel your order within seven days, please email sales@grailtrail.com with the subject line ORDER CANCELLATION. We will then contact you with a returns authorisation number which must be included with the returned item(s), which should then be posted back to Grail Trail Limited at the returns address which will be given to you along with the returns authorisation number. The customer is responsible for the full cost of returning the item(s) to Grail Trail Limited.

NOTE: The right to return goods under the Distance Selling regulations outlined above does NOT apply to CDs and Videos. These may only be returned if faulty when received. The procedure is as described above.
